HUBUNGAN PENGGUNAAN REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK DENGAN KEPUASAN TENAGA KESEHATAN DI KLINIK EYE CENTER KUNINGAN

Abstract

The ability of health services to achieve the desired results can be measured by the feelings of satisfaction and pleasure experienced by a person in carrying out their work or certain goals. Feelings of satisfaction and pleasure in a job can be influenced by the effective and ineffective implementation of electronic medical records. The way to increase job satisfaction is by implementing effective electronic medical records. The implementation of effective electronic medical records will increase feelings of satisfaction and pleasure in working for employees and can improve the quality of health service. The aim of this study was to determine the job satisfaction of health workers regarding the implementation of electronic medical records. The research design is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula, namely a total of 52 respondents. The research results obtained from the effective implementation of electronic medical records were 40 respondents (77%). The results of the data analysis obtained a p-value of 0.001 based on the results p <0.005, there is a relationship between the Use of Electronic Medical Records and Health Worker Satisfaction. It is hoped that health workers can be faster in using electronic medical records.

Abstrak: Kemampuan pelayanan kesehatan untuk mencapai hasil yang ingin dicapai dapat terukur dengan perasaan puas dan senang yang dialami oleh seseorang dalam melakukan pekerjaannya atau tujuan tertentu. Perasaan puas dan senang dalam suatu pekerjaan dapat dipengaruhi penerapan electronic medical record yang efektif dan tidak efektif. Cara untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja adalah dengan penerapan eletronic medical record yang efektif. Penerapan electronic medical record yang efektif akan meningkatkan perasaan puas dan senang dalam bekerja bagi pegawai dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan riset ini untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja pada pegawai terhadap penerapan electronic medical record. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan   cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin yaitu berjumlah 52 responden. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari penerapan electronic medical record yg efektif yaitu 40 responden (77%). Hasil analisis data diperoleh p-value 0,001 berdasarkan hasil tersebut p<0,005 maka terdapat hubungan antara Penggunaan Rekam Medis Elektronik dengan Kepuasan Tenaga Kesehatan. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai perlu adanya penerapan sistem informasi yang efektif dan stabilitas sistem, kecepatan akses, serta ketersediaan tim IT.
